UW Government
Welcome to the United Warriors Government Organization page. Here you can read and learn information about our Government. Here's how it works. Our government operates VERY similar to the United States Government. The UW has three branches of government. The executive, legislative, and judicial.
TEMPORARY UW Government:
The temporary UW Government was created because of that fact we didn't have a power population yet,and the regular or normal government structure relied on AT LEAST 100+ members. The current UW Government has no Government branches, just one high council consists of all high UW officials and elected government members. The requirements for Council goes as follows:
-Must always consist of President, Vice President and Chief Execuitive Officer (CEO)
-Must have AT LEAST 12+ members at all times (Unless at any point our member populations drops below that number)
-Council population is based off of current overall clan population (Every 10 members=1 Council member)
-PLEASE NOTE: the Council law DOESN'T apply to the 12+ council members at all times law
-Council members DO NOT have specific election dates (EX: every 2 months) but can be elected at any Council meeting
Please note that not all Government information is posted on the UW Website.

Execuitive Branch
The executive branch of government is made up of three leaders, the President, Vice President, and CEO. Their job is similar to the US President's job. To carry out laws made by legislative branch, however they can create laws as well. Laws made by the executive branch must be approved 2 out 3 people, and then it can be passed onto the legislative branch. The same goes for legislative branch creating and approving laws. A election is held every four months for a new President, Vice President, and CEO. How the voting works is that their is only a populist vote (This means when everybody votes) and NO electoral vote following that. Their are NO parties in government voting, just the people.
Legislative Branch
The Legislative Branch of government is made up of Congress. Depending on the UW clan's popualation during the election for Congress members, depends on what houses their will be in Congress. (EX: 50 members= ONLY SENATE, 100 members=SENATE and HOUSE OF RERESENATIVES). How many people will be voted in and apart of Congress also depends the UW's population at the time during an election. Elections for Congress members are held every TWO months, two less months than for the executive branch members. Same rules apply for the voting process for the executive branch to the voting process of the Legislative Branch. Same rules apply also for the creation of laws and approving laws for the executive branch to the process for Congress. The highest position in the Senate is "Chairman of the Senate", and highest position in the House of Represenatives is "Chairman of the House of Represenatives".
Judicial Branch
The Judicial Branch of Government is made up of the National Guard and Military Police. You can learn more specifically about the NG and MP on the "National Guard" or "Military Police" subtitles under the organization page. The Judicial Branch handles cases and crimes aganist UW. For example: lets say someone teabagged during a military training session. The SGT or head of the training session accusses him of this. The soldier who teabagges said it was accident. This case is brought to the Courtroom of the Judicial Branch of government. The jury and judge of the case decide if the soldier is found guilty or not guilty, and if found guilty, the punishments and consequences that will follow. The Judicial Branch of government also handles interrigations and investigations. Positions like "Head Judge" for example in the Judicial Branch are held for election every two months, only ones aloud to gain positiong are required to have at least one-month of service in the NG or MP. The voting process for these positions are the same as the other branches or governmnets' process, but the vote is a populist vote amoung the ones apart of the NG or MP.
